KODEX – Documentary Film Festival

„Dear friends and documentary enthusiasts,

Without mentioning the hell of the year we’ve all been through, we bring good news: Korona has not defeated KODEX! We will be streaming nine exceptional documentary films online from the 10th to the 24th of December.

Though we would have certainly preferred to screen these films at the wonderful Kinos with whom we’ve had the pleasure to collaborate in previous editions, we recognize that an online festival means that more of you are going to have access to the films!
And fear not, we are not letting the Kinos down! The proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to the three Kiezkinos (b-ware! Ladenkino, Rollberg and Kino Central) in solidarity.

To ensure that a maximum number of people have access to the films, we need your help! We’d be very grateful if you could spread the love and tell everybody about KODEX. And if you haven’t already, make sure to like & follow us on Facebook to get the latest updates and share the event with your friends!“

„Liebe Dokumentarfilmliebhaber*innen,

Es ist nicht nötig zu erwähnen was wir dieses Jahr alle durchgestanden haben. Stattdessen kommen wir mit fröhlichen Nachrichten her! Korona hat Kodex nicht besiegt. Wir werden vom 10. bis 24. Dezember neun außergewöhnlichen Dokumentarfilme streamen!

Natürlich hätten wir viel lieber die Filme in den wunderbaren Kinos gezeigt, mit denen wir in den letzten Jahren das Vergnügen hatten zusammenzuarbeiten. Aber durch ein Online-Festival wissen wir, dass mehr von Euch Zugang zu den Filmen haben werden.

Wir lassen die Kinos aber nicht im Stich! Die Einnahmen aus dem Kartenverkauf wird solidarisch an unsere drei Kiezkinos Partner (b-ware! Ladenkino, Rollberg und Kino Central) gespendet.

Damit nun möglichst viele Menschen Zugang zu den neun spannende Filmen haben, brauchen wir Eure Hilfe! Wir wären Euch sehr dankbar, wenn Ihr allen von KODEX erzählen würdet.
